Vestly ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Vestly platform at tryvestly.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. You may optionally provide a phone number.
Lead form submissions: When you use the "Contact Agent," "Schedule a Showing," or "Request Operating Memorandum" features, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide, along with the listing you are inquiring about.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use Vestly, including listings you view, save, or compare, search filters you apply, and saved searches. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you are signed in.
Automatically collected data: Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
Real estate professionals: When you submit a lead form (Contact Agent, Schedule a Showing, or Request Operating Memorandum), we share your contact information and message with licensed real estate agents or brokerages who can assist you. This is the core purpose of the lead form.
Service providers: We use third-party services to host and operate Vestly (such as Vercel for hosting and Google for data storage). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Account preferences (favorites, saved searches, notes) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Lead form submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled system.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
